Buying outside Texas
Moving, investing or helping family in another state?
I am licensed in Texas only, so I can only take applications for property in Texas. For anywhere else, I will introduce you to a colleague at All Western Mortgage who is licensed where the property is.
How the introduction works
Tell me where the property is
A quick call or the form on the booking page. Name, phone, email and the state — nothing else.
I introduce you to a licensed colleague
Someone at All Western Mortgage who is licensed in the state where the property is located, briefed on what you told me so you do not start from zero.
They take it from there
Your application, disclosures and loan are handled by the loan officer licensed for that state. I stay available for questions.
Why I do not take the application myself
A mortgage loan originator has to be licensed in the state where the property is located. That rule protects you, and I follow it. What I can do is make sure you land with the right person at All Western Mortgage, Inc. rather than starting a search from scratch.
You can check any loan officer's licenses — mine included — on NMLS Consumer Access (opens in a new tab).
